5. Store online (Shop) - internet service available at wholesale-idea.pl, through which the Customer can, in particular, place Orders;
6. Merchandise - products presented in the Online Store;
7. Contract sales - contract of sale of Goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between wholesale-idea.pl and the Customer, concluded using the Store's website;
8. Consumer Rights Act - Law of May 30, 2014. on consumer rights (Dz.U. of 2014. pos. 827);
9. Law on provision of electronic services - Law of 18 July 2002. on the provision of services by electronic means (Dz. U. No. 144, item. 1204 as amended.);
10. Order - Customer's declaration of intent, aimed directly at concluding a Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and number of Goods.

II. General provisions

1. These Regulations set out the rules for the use of the online store available at wholesale-idea.en
2. These Regulations are the regulations referred to in Art. 8 Law on Provision of Electronic Services.
3. HURT-IDEA online store operating at wholesale-idea.pl, is operated by NICE IDEA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, Włókniarzy 1 , 63-100, ŚREM, NIP: 7851810748, REGON: 387988158. Economic activity is registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), maintained by the Minister responsible for the economy.
4. These Regulations specify in particular:
1. rules for registration and use of an account within the online store;
2. terms and conditions for placing electronic Orders within the online store;
3. principles of concluding Sales Agreements with the use of services provided by the Internet Store.
5. The use of the online store is possible provided that the ICT system used by the Customer meets the following minimum technical requirements: Operating system: Windows or Linux (with graphics console) or Mac OS Processor: 1 GHz RAM: 1 GB of RAM Hard disk: 8.0 GB of free space Graphics card: 256 MB memory supporting 1024x768 resolution Controls: keyboard, mouse Optional: headphones Internet connection with minimum bandwidth: download 512 kbit/s, upload 128 kbit/s Web browser with Java Script support: IE (min. version 7) or Google Chrome (min. version 13) or Mozilla Firefox (min. version 10)
6. In order to use the online store, the customer should on his own access to a computer workstation or terminal device, with access to the Internet.
7. In accordance with applicable laws, HURT-IDEA reserves the right to limit the provision of services through the Online Store to persons who are at least 18 years of age. In this case, potential customers will be notified of the above.
8. Customers may access these Terms and Conditions at any time through the link provided on the homepage of the wholesale-idea website.pl and download it and make a printout of it."

1. In order to conclude a Sales Contract through the Online Store, one should visit the wholesale-idea website.pl and make a selection of Goods by taking subsequent technical actions based on the messages displayed to the Customer and the information available on the site.
2. The selection of the ordered Goods by the Customer is made by adding them to the shopping cart.
3. During the process of placing the Order - until the moment of pressing the button confirming the Order - the Customer has the possibility of modifying the entered data and the selected Goods. To do so, follow the messages displayed to the customer and the information available on the website.
4. After the Customer using the Online Store has provided all the necessary data, a summary of the submitted Order will be displayed. A summary of the Order placed will include m. in. description of the selected goods or services, the total price and all other costs.
5. In order to send the Order, it is necessary to accept the content of the Terms and Conditions, provide personal data marked as mandatory, and press the button confirming the submission of the Order.
6. The information about the Goods provided on the Store's website constitutes an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Civil Code. Sending of the Order by the Customer constitutes a declaration of intent to conclude a Sales Agreement with HURT-IDEA, in accordance with the content of the Regulations.
7. The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Customer's Order is entered into the computer system of the Online Store, provided that the Order complies with the Regulations.
8. After the conclusion of the contract, the customer receives an e-mail message containing confirmation of all important elements of the Order.
9. The contract of sale is concluded in the Polish language, with the content in accordance with the Regulations.
10. Customers may access these Terms and Conditions at any time through the link provided on the homepage of the wholesale-idea website.pl and download it and make a printout of it.
11. Recording, securing and making available the order data and the General Terms and Conditions (terms and conditions of sale) is done via e-mail. You can see your previous orders within your account, after logging in.

V. Delivery

1. Delivery of Goods is limited to the territory of the Republic of Poland and takes place at the address indicated by the Customer when placing the Order.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the goods.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send information concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal from the contract

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will return to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the items (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will refund your payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until you receive the item or until you provide us with proof of return, whichever event occurs first.

Please send back or hand over the item to us immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. VIII. Complaints about Goods

1. HURT-IDEA, as a seller, is liable to the Customer who is a Consumer within the meaning of Art. 22[1] of the Civil Code, under the warranty for defects to the extent specified in the Civil Code, in particular, in Art. 556 and Art. 556[1]-556[3] et seq. of the Civil Code.
2. HURT-IDEA undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days. Failure to consider the complaint within the above period means that it is considered justified.
3. HURT-IDEA is not the manufacturer of the Goods. HURT-IDEA shall not be liable under the warranty of the Goods sold. The manufacturer may be liable under the warranty of the sold Goods under the conditions and for the period indicated in the warranty card. If the warranty document provides for this possibility, the customer may submit his claims under the warranty directly to the authorized service center, the address of which can be found in the warranty card.

IX. Complaints regarding the provision of electronic services

1. HURT-IDEA takes steps to ensure fully correct operation of the Store, to the extent that results from current technical knowledge, and undertakes to remove within a reasonable time any irregularities reported by the Customers.
2. The customer is obliged to immediately notify HURT-IDEA of any irregularities or interruptions in the functioning of the Online Shop service.

5. HURT-IDEA undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days. Failure to consider the complaint within the above period means that it is considered justified.

X. Out-of-court ways of dealing with complaints and redress of grievances

1. We would like to inform you that the Customer who is a Consumer is entitled to use the following out-of-court ways of dealing with complaints and claims:
1. The possibility of requesting mediation proceedings from the Regional Inspector of Trade Inspection
2. Requesting that the dispute regarding the concluded Sales Agreement be examined by the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court operating at the relevant Regional Inspectorate of Trade Inspection.
3. Consumers can also take advantage of the free assistance of the County/Municipal Consumer Ombudsman or a social organization whose statutory tasks include consumer protection (m.in. Federation of Consumers, Association of Polish Consumers).
4. The European Commission also provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR platform). It is available at: http://ec.europe.eu/consumers/odr/.
5. The network of European Consumer Centers (ECCs) helps resolve cross-border disputes.

Detailed information on the consumer's ability to use out-of-court procedures for handling complaints and pursuing claims, as well as the rules of access to these procedures, are available at the offices and websites of county/municipal consumer ombudsmen, social organizations whose statutory tasks include consumer protection, Provincial Inspectorates of Commercial Inspection and at the Internet address: https://uokik.gov.en/spory_consumer.php.
3. The use of out-of-court means of handling complaints and claims is voluntary and can only take place if both parties to the dispute agree to it.

XI. Final provisions

1. The competent court for the settlement of disputes with Consumers is the court with local jurisdiction according to the applicable provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
2. Settlement of possible disputes arising between wholesale-idea.pl and a Customer who is not a Consumer shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over our registered office.
3. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the applicable law shall apply, in particular the provisions of the Act of April 23, 1964. Civil Code (consolidated text Dz. U. 2014, poz. 121, as amended. zm.) and the law of May 30, 2014. on consumer rights (DZ. U. of 2014., pos. 827). In the event of any contradiction of these Regulations with the rights of Customers and provisions arising from universally applicable regulations, the universally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
